미주 대한 산악연맹 가맹단체들의 친목과 화합의 장미주 대한 산악연맹에서는 미국의 유수한 고산을 골라 매년 명산 순례를 실시하고있다. 전국의 재미 연맹 가맹단체들이 힘을 모아 명산순례에 참여하고 이를 통해 친목을 다지고 산악인들의 훈련과 화합의 장으로 삼고있다.
